Starting  my day with Rex's Monday Mentor has become my favourite way to start the day.
 
Rex introduces a timely theme, often resonating with my own thoughts. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals while embracing the sessions' theme instills a state of gratitude and optimism.

Monday Mentor is a great way to kick off a new working week. If you think but I need to get into my work first thing Monday you should definitely try Monday Mentor instead.

 

The clarity and peace that you'll gain leads to much more productivity throughout the whole week. Invest a bit, to gain a lot! It's a great habit to get into.

Good to be back. I noticed by missing these  Monday Mentor sessions.

 

I probably haven't dealt with little issues that have popped up along the way. I think Monday Mentor sessions do for me it is just a little pep up every week to get me back into the mind frame. I tend to handle the issues that pop up better when I've had a bloody session.
